入住時推開房門，最明顯的感受是有一股黴味，推測可能與房間的地毯使用年限較久或清潔不夠徹底有關。這一點多少影響了第一印象。如果酒店能在房間通風與地毯維護方面加強，相信會讓整體住宿體驗更舒適。除了這一點之外，整體入住感受還是不錯的。房間設施維持得還算整潔，使用上沒有太大問題。前台及服務人員都非常禮貌、態度親切，給人感覺很專業，也讓人覺得放心。酒店地理位置相當便利，周邊交通方便，不論是出行還是尋找餐飲選擇都很容易。總體而言，環境方面確實還有提升空間，但服務和地段優勢讓住宿體驗大體上是令人滿意的。如果酒店能在清潔和空氣質量管理上再多下些功夫，相信會更值得推薦。

Booked this hotel for family vacation. room is considered big, aircond work fine and bathroom looks like newly renovated My request to get quiet room & away from lift during booking is fullfilled. Parking inside hotel fencing and its free. Location nearby to attraction area. Downside is only the internet connection which very slow & no internet tv for my kids to watch. Hotel should improve on this.

酒店位置較偏，設施陳舊！安排的房間520，空調不製冷，且噪音極大，相互之間聽對方聲音都費勁的那種感覺。於是滿頭大汗地下樓找前台要求換房間，前台態度很冷淡，表明要進一步讓維護人員核實後，才做決定！無奈之下回房等待，後來維護人員到房間，聽到噪音及感受到房間溫度，五秒鐘不到，便讓我去前台換房。我要求他（馬來人）與我一道下樓作證，他表示很為難！無奈之下，我下樓與前台説明維護人員意見，前台裝模作樣的用對講機嘰哩咕嚕説了半天，後換了房間。後面的房間還是噪音還是很大，製冷可以，衹得做罷！因第一個房間喝了一瓶水，後來有人敲門，特意索回了新房間裡的一瓶水。😓😓😓 附圖一張，CHECK IN/OUT前台，為啥弄的像銀行辦業務一樣的櫃枱，防啥呢？説話得低著臉彎著腰，大塊的防彈玻璃中間留一道縫😓😓😓

Everything was perfect until my room aircond not cold, whole room was hot and we call the reception to tell them our problem, on the spot the receptionist send a guy to arrange us to change room! Before moving our stuff to another room the staff ask us to check the other room aircond but the other room aircond is much worse that the room we are staying! Then the guy told us there is problem with the aircond system for a while now, in the end we decided to endure the heat and have a sleepless night

Been here almost every time I’m visiting ipoh.. Strategic location in the mid of the town.. nearby soo many food eateries.. Room is clean and cozy, staff are friendly. Nice hotel to stay..

房間論面積和價格在馬來西亞算是可以的了，因為馬來西亞酒店設施陳舊，沒有拖鞋。淋雨水量充足，酒店位置也不是很偏，在大路邊上，所以安靜。

Budget hotel with good location. Spcious open parking space. The room was okay but the toilet is quite bad. A lot of mould. Really need to improve on that.

フレンドリーなスタッフ。初日以外は安定していたWiFi。たっぷりな水量と熱い溫度のシャワー。ウォーターサーバーあり。Sri Majuバスのイポー市內の駅、ジャランベンダハラ駅まで10分の立地。近所にレストランは少ないが、Yum Cha House Dim Sum 華麗樓點心は行列ができる高評価の飲茶店。鉄板豆腐を試して欲しい洋食中華のDe Money Cafe。
